I am trying to import data from an excel spread sheet to access. I want to clean up my excel report before I import the date. In my report, my cells overlap. I need to delete "blank" cells/rows, but when I delete them, using "editing" and "delete cells" it moves all the cells up and does not keep the data in the same rows, thus moving my totals. I have tried coping and pasting special, values only, but the cells over lap and again I cannot keep my totals in rows.
