Laptop is screwed up

Hello,
I need help. My computer always shuts down by itself and reboots by itself. Just recently I dont have a background, icons, or a start menu bar on my computer. All I can see is my mouse. I can access task manager to open other programs but nothing will show up on my desktop. What's wrong with my computer?

hi,
this may be due to a virus.
try to run the computer in safe mode and install an antivirus.
if this does not work, then it may also be that your battery is faulty, try to check by replacing it with another one!
if the problem still persists, try to repair your windows.
