Laptop freeze at windows loading bar

Hello,

i have the same problem with my acer laptop . its only about a year old and its already freezing at the windows loadinq bar. iv tried every button possible . the laptop doesnt have a dik drive so i cant even use a recovery disk if i had one. helpp

restore it, if you turn it on and keep pressing F8 or something like that and restore it it will delete every thing downloaded and restore it like when you bought it
