try these:
1. Open Outlook.
2. Click on Tools > Send and Receive > select Send/Receive All
Be sure you've configured your account to remember your account name and password.
1. Open Outlook.
2. Click on Toolsand select Email Accounts.
3. Choose View or change existing email accounts and then click Next.
4. Select your NetZero account, and click on Change.
5. Re-enter your NetZero Account name and Password under Logon Information.
6. Be sure the box next to Remember password is checked.
7. Click Next then Finish to save the settings.
Check your POP and SMTP settings.
Be sure your POP and SMTP settings are correct for your NetZero account:
1. Open Outlook.
2. Click on Toolsand select Email Accounts.
3. Choose View or change existing email accounts and then click Next.
4. Select your NetZero account, and click on Change.
5. Confirm that your POP and SMTP settings are correct. If not, change them.
6. Click Next then Finish to save the settings.
POP: pop.netzero.com
SMTP: authsmtp.netzero.com
Change your mail server timeout settings
Sometimes your mail server will timeout before it can connect to NetZero to download your messages.
To change this setting:
1. Open Outlook.
2. Click on Toolsand select Email Accounts.
3. Choose View or change existing email accounts and then click Next.
4. Select your NetZero account, and click on Change.
5. Click on the Advanced tab, and change the Server Timeouts setting by sliding the bar to the right. You can choose up to 10 minutes.
6. Click OK, then Next, then Finish to save the settings.
            try these:
