What do you do when the monitor doesnt work

Hello, i have a ACER ASPIRE 5542, booted the next morning the display goes back and cant see nothing at all despite the fact the HDD is functioning fine and everything else too!
im right now even using it with a HDMI cable attached to my tv screen and the laptop moniter is still black.

help please ! thanks

Hi,

Try the combination key Fn+F5, if the screen does not come back, it's certainly a problem due to your graphic card, think to change it
