hi i bought a router recently to make my internet wireless. it worked fine but today it is saying there is no internet acess on my laptop and my desktop works fine.

Hard to tell. 1st I would try turning off the router, disconnect the power and wait 90 seconds before reconnecting. Then on the wireless PC search for networks and see if yours shows.
You have two areas where the problem can be.
1. router
2. PC (laptop)
