Computer going rebooting

Hello,

Am Suman.Am from Calcutta,India.I've a P4 computer with 64mb RAM and 80Gb HDD. Operating system is XP.
Recent am facing a problem.The problem is when a starting my computer it going to reboot when XP starts(XP Logo come).I formated HDD and reinstall XP and now am facing another problem.It starting but a Screen is appear with messege "Run Safe Mode/Run Normal Windows/Safe mode and Command Prompt etc". But any one option i choose and enter it reboot and come again same screen.
So, then i go to my friend's home with this HDD and there i reinstall XP in his computer and there XP install and run fine and no problem.But when i add HDD in my computer the Rebooting problem start again.

Please solve my problem and say me what can i do step by step.

There is no clear solution to your problem. It will need to be diagnosed by your local repair shop.
