i can't access the internet anymoreClosed

Hello, 
i installed power suite to clean and speed up my computer but it made it slower so i uninstalled it.i also uninstalled open office.since doing so i can't do anything on my computer anymore.i can't access the internet view firefox,it says that i should re-install it.i tried internet explorer but i can't connect via IE eithrer.i went to start up and tried the lan but i found that all the ticks on the LAN have been removed so it is not the problem.
i don't know what to do,i am worried that i will have to format the PC.
