Hi Judith,
Connect to the internet from another computer or laptop and go to the link below:
http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen&SystemID=INS_PNT_6000&os=WW1&osl=EN
Scroll down the page till you see "Network", expand it by clicking on the blue dart, then download the 3rd and the 5th driver, put them on a pendrive then hook it up to your laptop and install them.
