Hello, sir ahm my dell laptop does not open,if i turn on my laptop the screen is blank no display and the 3 ledlight is blink for 7 minutes and tha charger light is on after a 7 minutes blink the led light it turn off and you hear a sound like a kitten haizt plz help me

Hello,

Try this 1

Remove the RAM from the slot, clean it and place it back properly or try another

slot.

If the problem still exists then click on the below hyperlink "System Flash
