How to access the internet

hello there,

i just bought a NOKIA 5130c-2 for a weeks ago, i just wanna know how to access its internet? because every time i tried to open it, an error occur------ 'the pocket data connection is not available"------- it says....
unfortunately i already lost the users manual....
please give me the steps that i have to do, to access the internet..
