Click on TOOLS in IE and then click on Manage addons then move across to enable or disable addons, click then when the screen comes up look through the addons installed or click on SHOW and chose another setup for addons in IE.

I've been looking for some info on this but as yet hav'nt found anything worth much, so, if you are running IE6 you could go for IE7 which when you download will reset everything but will also export what you had in IE6 when it loads, you will not lose your Favs etc, if tou are on 7 you can still do a download and this will reset IE, let me know what you do.
