Yellow question mark in PCI device

Hello,

I have an acer laptop with os windows Xp. Recently my system does not have any sound. I found that the system has Ibex Peak Thermal Subsystem with model PCI\ VEN_8086& DEV_3B32

What should I do now? Same probs with video controller VGA compatible.

Please help me. Thanks in advance,.

Go to the manufacture's website and download the drivers.

Click on the below link and follow the instructions
