Hello,
My name is Gael. I got a sony vaio donated to me from a cruiseline company for a scholarhsip I won. This laptop was previously used by the cruiseline company, it is a sony vaio. It was windows 7, a user profile with a password that they gave me, and other settings that they put on it. tHere is the problem that I have with this computer, it does not save anything I don it once I shut it off. Even when I do a restoration process, when it is time to restart the computer, it comes back as if I had never done anything to it. I think it has some kind of deep freeze on it like MAC computers, but i do not know how to take off this feature so that I can at least restore the computer.

Greetings,

Bare in mind that before any answer given on the forum, you should know that there are volunteers who give their time trying to solve user problems.

Therefore, it is specifically requested from Kioskea forum users to show their respect. For this, the use of polite expressions is a minimum.

To say please, thank you, appreciate, grateful, etc... is common courtesy when you want something, especially help!

You must re-write and repost your message respecting the politeness charter.

We trust that you understand.
