I have a Sony Vaio VGN-C13G/B Laptop installed with WinXP sp3. The keypad of the laptop is not working. Its not giving any input on the screen as well as when I tried to enter BIOS.
Its behaviour is weird as it sometimes can enter characters for a short while but again after sometime, nothing seems to be working ok.
Pl. help as to where the problem exists. Its surely not virus related, I guess. Did I need to change the keypad altogether? or can I clean the same and take a chance?
