no sound or anything about sound Closed

Question

Hello, i have a compaq laptop says it has no audio output device is installed.
iv trued everthing but when i go into control panel it has nothing about sound in there. dose anyone know what i can do to fix it, this has been like this for about 1 month now and i havnt been able to listen to music and its annoyng please hellppp me !!!!!!! :D

You need to install your sound driver,

Please let me know your complete model number. For that, click on the below link and download the file:
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4993-cpu-z/

Extract it --> double-click on CPUZ ---> then click on "Mainboard" tab and let me know the Manufacturer , Model with rev number, Chipset & Southbridge and I'll give you a link to download that.
