Facebook wont load after system restore

Hello, my moms computer grrrrr!
she did a system restore,we have gotten it to load other pages can even play evony on it but facebook and zynga pages wont come up someone told me to add facebook under the trusted sites tab under internet options,she has windows xp its an emachines computer,anyone who can help it would be very helpful.
