Hello,
I got 500 GB Western digital for ext hardisk. Now, my pc can detect the hardisk but it cannot read the hardisk. how can i fix this problem without lost my data inside there? please help me.

have u tried plugging it with another system? if problem persists try and and change the case of your hard drive (i mean get another hard drive case) and test. it might be the panel in the casing that's giving the error.. try i hope it works. it worked for me.
