My Hotmail is blocked

Hello,

I went to acess my hotmail only to find it's blocked

I have given all the details to verify my account but still I'm blocked, been trying again to sort it out including changing the password but still no luck, now I'm being told to try again in 24 hrs

Please help as I have important docs on my account
