Beeping sound at startup

Hello,

I have an Acer Aspire 5732Z laptop, I have it for 1 years now, 2 days ago I started up and the screen was black and a beeping sound was hearing from the laptop( beep beep beep beep) for like 20 seconds, then stopped and started to boot.. but when I get in windows my laptop is typing automatically "/" button... I tried to remove the RAM memories, clean them and put back, get out the "/" button, clean it then put it back. But my laptop still beeps at startup and still typing randomly "/" sometimes it stops... I don't think it's a windows problem, the windows was just freshly installed couple of days ago( Win 7 Ultimate x64). How can I solve this problem? Please help me. Thank you.

This looks like a keyboard problem. If the PC thinks you have pressed and held down a key during the boot process it will beep like yours does. You probably need to replace the keyboard.
