Can't connect to internet

Hello,
i
hi, why cant i connect to internet? i have a home network all other computers work fine. computer says unable to detect wired network card i have windows xp can you help me please?

Greetings,

Check and make sure your drivers are installed for the network card. You will need to install the drivers for the wired.

For that, go to your brand name computer official website and download the drivers, then install it. The issue will be solved normally.
