another gateway laptop problem!!!! Closed

Hello, 

i also have a gateway laptop, i properly turned it off while waiting to be fully charge,(then unplug it after it was fully charged) after about an hour when i'm trying to turn it on again, it hasn't turned on.but when you try to recharge it works.what should i do?is there a problem with the motherboard?

please help.....thanks!!!!

Hello, 

Try this 1 

Remove the USB cable. 

Unplug the power cord --> Remove the battery --> Hold the power button for 60 

seconds --> Connect the power supply then try to switch ON the laptop and later 

put the battery back into the laptop.
