Sony vaio l model PCG-6112U right speaker

Hello, My right speaker is not working and i have a model laptop vaio PCG-6112U . All of a sudden my rigght speaker made a noise like it was a false inside wiring sound and stop sounding! Can this be a virus? i have my levels and balance correct. when i run my speaker test only my left one sounds...... right one is dead completely. when i pulg in my headphones right and left works fine!!! PLEASE HELP or give me some advice!! thanksssss
