Dell Inspiron no display

Hello,

I am having Dell Inspiron lapton. For the past few days while I am trying to start my laptop, I am getting a continous beep sound with no display. The same thing happened with this same laptop of mine a month back, and suddenly one fine morning when i tried to turn it on it started working perfectly then. I guess windows is also not getting loaded, because the sound of windows loading is not audible.
Now this problem has reoccureed and this time its not getting fixed. The Cd rom is working fine. Even the fan of the processor is working fine, but instead of emitting hot air its emitting cold air and I am quite surprised at that.
I don't know how to solve it. Any suggestion will be really appreciated.
