Internet stops when phone does not picked upClosed

Question

Hello, 

I have an issue with my internet.

If the phone rings and for some reason does not get answered, the internet will stop. 

If the phone rings and does get answered, the internet is fine and will keep running.

Does any one have any suggestions as to what may be causing this?

Is that a landline phone or a cell phone?

Its a land line.

The internet is adsl with a belkin wifi router.

The phone is your typical panasonic with master base station and 2 secondary stations, 3 phones in total.
