Greetings,
First,insert your flash memory in the port(while pressing left shift at
the sametime to avoid the autorun).
- Now you can use winrar program to explore your flash memory.you will find
autorun and another hidden viruses such as xcopy,Recycler,and so on
select them and press delete from the keyboard.
- Eject your flash memory and insert it again by the same way to make sure
that all the viruses and the autorun have been removed.

My firend, I find your fix wonderful, I used it when I was on Windows with my affected pendrive. But when I extracted my folders, remove my pendrive and re-insert it, the viruses were always there even deleted them with Winrar.
Tha'st why I suggest to Khader to extract first his folders with Winrar then to kill once and for all the virus that is autorun, Download and run the program below for that:

After that, you'll get rid of that virus.
