my problem is...

Picture Saved in "Local Disk (C)"
"C:\Program Files\abc Folder\abc picture.jpg"

and I want to set this picture as a background of a folder which saved in "Local Disk (D)"
"D:\programs\xyz folder\"

i have tried this code but its not work
