All the programs in my laptop wont open

Hello,

i downloaded this video converter and after i restarted it, i cant access any of the programs i have in my laptop! PLEASE HELP ME!! all my files are very important!

To complete Sundar's question, it would be interesting to know what is the video converter and the URL. It could be a virus.
