My window is not opening

Hello,

my computer is stuck in a reboot loop. i have an Hp Compaq 6910p laptop. it has windows7xpRoyal . the problem happened after i inserted an infected usb to my laptop. it stuck my computer after i restarted my computer i couldnt seem to get to my desktop. the computer manages to get to the windows7xproyal loading screen but instead of entering my desktop the computer reboots and the whole process starts over againand the loop continues. even safe mode dont seem to work.
i dont want to install new window and to loose data please help me out
