Sound device problem

Hello,

My window players can't play the file because there is a problem with my sound device. I do not know how to solve it..Plss help me guyss..

Does your windows media player works well but no sound or only media player itself is not working? If your media player is not working, then you can check your sound driver by right clicking My Computer icon on your desktop > properties > Hardware > Device Manager >sound, video and game controllers. If there is a yellow question mark under the "sound, video and game controllers", then you should install the sound driver that is compatible on your desktop/Laptop e.g Realtek AC'97.
