I can't get in to windows

Hello,

after installing kaspersky it asks me to restart my pc to complete the installation process i do restart it but after that i can't get in to windows it keeps asking me password again and again what is the problem and solution?
thanks in advance any help will be appreciated!

There is no relation with windows asking password and kaspersky getting installed

You can try this

Go to safemode with networking

Remove kaspersky using this

https://support.kaspersky.com/downloads/utils/kavremover.exe

Trying logging into normal mode again

thanks a lot for the replay i have removed kaspersky but when i tried to login the problem still exist i mean i can't get into windows.

what error ou get while loggin in?

Is that a password problem?

You were able to successfully boot into safemode? So try to change the password from safemode

here is the thing i can get in to safe mode successfully but wheni tried in to normal mode it restarts it self once i think the password has no problem because i used it in safe mode

when did this issue started? after installing kaspersky?

Go to safemode,and try to do a system restore

yes this issue started after kaspersky installed but now the problem changed i can log in to windows normally now it restarts frequently again and again without doing anything.
