I can't open my installed programs

Hello,
one day i was transferring material from pen drive to computer suddenly a open type box appeared i thought i double clicked any material so i pressed open with word pad
then all my installed program changed to word pad. if i pressed any installed program its opening in word pad. only i can open folders and play songs, videos , pictures. i cant even install any software.i wanted to change open type but the (tick) below the open type due to this its working for all my programmed software's. i just can't re boot due some hardware problems.

Now go to start and type
regedit and press enter
Now go here
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Unknown\shell\openas\command
and change the key value to
%SystemRoot%\system32\rundll32.exe %SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,OpenAs_RunDLL %1
Let us know if it works
Also try to scan your PC with
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4621-malwarebytes-anti-malware/
Run this

please tell me how can i change my open type box and unclick the (tick below) which has"always us the selected program to open this kind of file". is there another way to solve this problem.
