I restarted it and after 1 hour when it was on a idle screen, whole screen went green, then red, then light blue, and then green with black lines in it.After then it is not starting up.When i press power button this buttonit lights up,wifi button is also showing red light, fan is working too,Caps lock and Num lock keys are blinking after every 2 seconds, nothing is coming up on the screen.
Please help me,was not easy for me to buy it .Any sugesstions would be greatly appreciated.

This sounds like a motherboard failure. I doubt there is any way to fix it short of returning it to a factory repair center.

Sorry for the bad news

these are all things that can be done by a very advanced and fearless user. I can't comment on these procedures since I have never needed to try them. Overheating the motherboard to the point that the solder melts will probably destroy the other components on the MB. Be sure you remove the CPU chip before you try any of these things.

You can send it back to HP and they will do a motherboard swap. But, that may cost more than a new laptop and they will probably erase all your data on the hard drive.
You can research locally to find a repair shop that does motherboard repair they may have the expertise to do the repair. Good Luck
