My iTunes Store won't load!

Hello, I have tried the Preferences, parental etc solution and it did nothing to help my iTunes Sotre load. Does anyone else know a different solution? I would really appreciate it :)

Try uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes.

Make sure there is no firewall blocking it.

how do u figure out if a firewall is blocking it

check whether your anti virus rule has itunes.exe under "Allow" or "Block". If you're not sure how to check, what anti virus have you got?

Litlle help here I'm not sure how to check, i'm using avast... this problem with itunes is driving me crazy!!!-.-

Please close all applications accessing the internet except iTunes. Then, follow the steps below. Use iTunes how you please, then re-enable the firewall. I've never used Avast! so I don't know how to enable a single application, but while in your in the firewalls settings, see if there is an application feature.


Click on the Avast icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

Click "Open avast! user interface" in the menu that pops up. A window showing all the Avast programs installed on your system will open.

Click the "Firewall" icon. The firewall options window will open. Click on "Firewall Settings."

Click the "Stop" button to disable firewall protection.
