option 1:
Ok do not type explorer.exe
Launch task manager
Go to file>>> new task and type
cmd and click ok
Now in the command prompt,copy this
reg delete "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options" /v explorer.exe /f
Restart your PC
Make sure to scan your PC with malwarebytes

Option 2:
Copy this command to the command prompt window
copy c:\windows\system32\dllcache\explorer.exe c:\windows
Relaunch explorer.exe
Ok do not type explorer.exe
Launch task manager
Go to file>>> new task and type
cmd and click ok
Now in the command prompt,copy this

Restart your PC
