Acer Aspire 7741Z-4815 Won't boot

Hello,

Purchased 12/2011 runs windows 7 Worked fine last night, power light is on but computer won't wake up. Try to reboot by turning power on/off but nothing happens except a blank screen. Not sure what to do & Acer website isn't helpful. Thanks a bunch in advance!

I just found a post that said to remove all power cords, remove battery, turn upside down & hold power key 30 seconds then turn right side, then plug back in, then put battery back in and Wa La, it worked I'm back up and running. hope this helps someone!
