Turn off usb connect sound - Guide
Turn off system sounds windows 10 - Guide
Mac show sound in menu bar - Guide

Go to device manager? Do you have any exclamation mark?

Did you install your chipset drivers?

Did you check your sound options in control panel?

What is your PC model?
