My computer can't connect to the internet
Closed
Hello, Rhonda
My computer can't connect to the internet. However, am able to use the internet on my mobile. On the computer it still says 'limited or no connectivity'
I phoned virgin and we tried to do something but still it won't work. I think there is a problem with the IP. I was told by virgin to check my LAN driver.
It was working perfect about a week ago. Can you help please?

Option 1:
go to start and type
cmd and click ok
For vista and 7 ,open command prompt as administrator
Now run these commands one by one
netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
netsh winsock reset
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
