Wireless problem

Hello,
Im working as a network admin in a private firm.Here there is two wireless network when im try to connecting the Laptops to this networks it shows the Available networks but im not able to connect to that wireless network.In that Two wireless networks one is for Guest and other for the internal employees. so can you help me out this.
