I cannot run MS office.

Sir, I cannot run my MS office, When running exe files, there is a message coming that "Only one instance of setup maybe run at a time", So how can i replace the erroe., Please help me somebody.

Open task manager

Click on process tab

See if there are multiple

msiexec.exe,there should be only one running

Try to disable your antivirus and try installing
