Hello again
i tried to change the passeword, no way since you can't get to it to change it.
they said somebody hacked my account and is sending junk mail.
i tried also to fill a form where you answer question, also nothing.
i tried the phone number where they send you a code, also nothing.

What message do you get telling the reasons for your account to be blocked?
Have you sent bulk mail?
You say that you have tried everything. Everything, to me, means every possible solution in this world and if that is the case, it would be difficult to give another solution for you must have tried it already.

There is only one way to communicate with Hotmail and that is the way Hotmail has provided to recover accounts and they have not provided means to have direct contact with customer services unless you have a paid account. They have not provided any other solution.
Unfortunately Hotmail is not secured and one should never save data on Hotmail servers without backing it up.

There are hundreds if not thousands of accounts being blocked because they were hacked and used for spamming, so it may take up to two weeks before you get an answer.
