email set grey can't add acct Closed

Hello, 

I want to add a second email account to outlook 2010, when I click on the + tab, the add account tab is grey.  Can't add the new account. HELP!!!

You cant add 2 email accounts when you're already setup for exchange.

you'll have to create a new profile.

You can add additional mailboxes if the users are on the same domain and you have mailbox rights.

If you're using POP/IMAP check to see if your office is fully licensed.
