Hello, I have a travel trailer with a Stereo/DVD/CD player. I've been trying to connect a laptop 3.5mm headphone-out to the 3 wire RCA (red, white, yellow) cable from the Stereo to play sound from the laptop thru the trailer speakers via the AUX-IN on the stereo. When I do the connection I can just barely make out sound from the trailer speakers. Adjusting volume on either item has no effect. (std volume control, wave, line, etc). Can anyone shed light on why the signal is only barely audible and how to increase the sound volume?
