My accounts are hacked and using by some one

Hello,

my accounts are hacked by someone and mailing and using my gmail account and facebook account of my surname and name, other person has locked with his secure setting by him he is using fake photographs of me and using my facebook . how can i change settings of secure gmail and facebook accounts and how to change password
by me please give suggestions ..........
