Toshiba Satellite Notebook Freezes.......HELP

Hello,

My problem is that when I start up my Toshiba Laptop it allows me to login and then it just freezes on me after it loads everything up. It has a very poor response time when I click folders to open.

I reformatted my laptop three times, reinstalled Windows as well a few times and the same problem happens continuously.

Could someone please help me?

What model is it? Are you using windows 7?
Check if the windows system you are using is compatible with the Specs of your computer.
