Toshiba Satellite Notebook Freezes.......HELP

Hello,

My problem is that when I start up my Toshiba Laptop it allows me to login and then it just freezes on me after it loads everything up. It has a very poor response time when I click folders to open.

I reformatted my laptop three times, reinstalled Windows as well a few times and the same problem happens continuously.

Could someone please help me?
