Sim 3 Crashing in create-a-siom

HELP! yesterer day i bought the sims 3, it works okay but then i try to make a sim and 5 mins later or so it dims then goes black then crashes but i can still hear it in the background. ive uninstalled anf reinstalled n it did noting , PLEASE HELP!!! :(

Hi,
I have been trying to get my sims 3 cheat to work.
I have checked to see if I am typing in wrong but not.
I have done it on pause, on edit town, on pause on edit town.
The cheat box comes up but then once I type in it just goes away like a normal cheat would.
But then it doesn't work.
Someone please Help!!!!

Hello,

I've had this problem for a while, i'll be playing my game for like a couple minutes and then it'll either freeze up and i'll have to close it with out saving, or it'll just close down on its own. I don't really download anything so it can't be because of that. i've tried almost everything. I can't uninstall and reinstall everything because I don't have all of my games any more so that would just suck. I have Windows 7, if that helps. help me please?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 27.0.1453.116

Hiya,

i press CONTROL - SHIFT - C (& ive done this a million times before on sims 2)
but it does not work on sims 3 for me!!

please help... :(

I've typed testingcheatsenabled true in the cheat window and it does things that I want it to do but it doesn't let me increase/raise my skills. please help meSystem Configuration: Windows XP
