SHIFT key causes monitor to lose signal

Hello,
Recently, my keyboard is acting weirdly. When I type 't' it shows 'tf' same goes for other keys with the same kind of error. and the backspace button is the '/' key.

Then my monitor loses its signal each time I press the SHIFT key. There is nothing unusual except for this lately, please help!
