no sound Closed

Hello, 
ok so i had everything working then i cleaned my computer out so had to reinstall everything i can get my video pics like on you tube but no sound! it wont give me the option to enable my realtek high definiton audio for speakers Y? someone help

i have a desktop hp pavillion a6019h pc running vista hooked up to my 55" vizio LCD LED  PLEASE HELP BEFORE I GO CRAZY LOL THANKS
