Hp labtop keys mixed up

Hello,

My labtop types extra numbers when I type a letter, and three different keys adjust brightness. Backspace won't work either it just types letters or brings up the screen settings. I have AntiVirus and it says i don't have a virus. Please help

Did you try an external USB keyboard? That's the first thing I always suggest. If the external keyboard works OK then you know it's a hardware failure within the laptop keyboard. Replacement laptop keyboards can often be found on Ebay.
