i have got i pod classic 120 gb and it is not syncing properly only half the songs are going into the i Pod.There was an antivirus scan went on when i synced my i pod after that my i pod is not responding properly.Please help!
Try to use another program,like CopyTrans, to transfer your music.
If the above solution doesn't work, try to restore your device.
- Simultaneously press the top button + home button.
- Keep both buttons until the Apple appears.
- Then release only the top button but still hold the home button pressed.
- The iPod goes into recovery mode and then you can restore it via iTunes
